In 2025 we have so many ways that you can get involved with the Good Friday Appeal.

Towers 4 Change

Take part in Melbourne’s first vertical stair event in support of the Good Friday Appeal. Towers 4 Change provides a unique opportunity to ‘step up’ in support of The Royal Children’s Hospital, by running, walking or crawling your way to the rooftop of Tower 3 of West Side Place. VRC – Flemington Racing Spectacular

The Flemington Racing Spectacular returns in 2025 with three unmissable race days. This March, experience elite Group 1 racing combined with exceptional entertainment and dining, delivering an unmatched racing spectacle across three extraordinary Saturday's. Southside Racing – Good Friday Night Racing

Head down to Cranbourne on Good Friday night for a night of racing, fun and entertainment. Join Southside Racing for a night of thoroughbred and harness racing, FREE kids rides & activities, live entertainment and more! $5 from every GA ticket will be donated to the Good Friday Appeal. Melbourne Ice – 28th March

Melbourne Ice and Melbourne Mustangs present The GFA Ice Hockey Game. Join the teams at O'Brien Ice House in Docklands on Friday 28th March at 7:30pm. The night will also include a silent Auction of a Melbourne Ice GFA jersey, worn on the night! All proceeds raised from the night will go to the GFA. Get Your Tickets

AFL Superclash 2025

The Good Friday SuperClash is BACK for 2025! Coming off the back of a sellout 2024, where over $300,000 was raised for the Good Friday Appeal, we're back and ready for more as we hope to bring you a clash of epic proportions. With heaps of ways to contribute to the Appeal, from ticket sales, QR codes, online fundraising, game time events and more, get your footy fix while getting those warm fuzzies and helping save sick kids. Action Events: Berwick Easter Fair

Brought to you by Action Events, Melbourne’s most exciting Easter Fair is coming to Akoonah Park Oval this Easter long weekend! Join us from 18th to 21st April for all the fun of the fair including giant egg hunt with all participants receiving a delicious easter egg treat, rides, games, showbags, food trucks and lots of free activities. Superhero Round

Western United have partnered with the Good Friday Appeal to bring you the Superhero Round! Teams from both the Izuzu UTE A-League Men and Ninja A-League Women competitions will take the field in support of the GFA. The men's team will face off against Perth Glory on Saturday April 5, with the women taking on Adelaide United on April 12. A special edition charity shirt is also available for purchase, with all proceeds from the day going towards the GFA. Get your tickets here

Community Events

DDD Rock with a Reason – 30th March

Devenish Dookie & District Good Friday Appeal are holding a Live Music event as part of their participation in the 2025 Good Friday Appeal. Rock out with live music from Sam + Sam, Nigel Parsons & DJ Liam Sanders, from 11am – 6pm on Sunday 30th March. Bring a picnic blanket and chairs, food trucks will be available, and alcohol served at bar prices. Tickets are $60.00 per person (Children under 12 free) and are required for entry. DDD Charity Golf Game – 6th April

Supported by Hill Top Golf & Country Club, DDDGFA are hosting a charity golf day on Sunday April 6th. $150 per person ($600/team), in 4 person Ambrose format. Entry includes drinks on course and Clubhouse buffet at the conclusion of play. Fitstop Northcote 12 Hour Row for the Kids – April 5th

Join the team at Fitstop Northcote for an event that will challenge and warm your heart! The 12-hour Row-A-Thon will run from 10am – 10pm on Saturday April 5th, with $1 from each minute rowed being donated to the Good Friday Appeal. Rowers can nominate their preferred time slot on the sign up sheet in the gym. Learn More

Burwood One Good Friday Appeal Fundraiser – 14th – 17th April

Create an Easter Bunny Plush Toy: Good Friday Appeal Fundraiser Make a difference at this special fundraiser supporting the Good Friday Appeal. Create your own Easter bunny plush toy, and enjoy a day out thanks to retailers at Burwood One. Tickets are just $12, and each one includes creating your own Easter plush, and vouchers from Schnitz, Ferguson Plarre, Marrybrown, Caffe Robotica and more! The event runs daily from 14th – 17th April, with 4 sessions per day. Tickets are required to attend each session, which runs for approximately 55 minutes. Get Your Tickets!

Kruze4Kids

The 14th Annual Kruze 4 Kids Car Show and Family Day is taking place this Good Friday at Langama Park, Sunbury. Join the event on April 18 and soak up the atmosphere of one of Melbourne’s biggest motor shows with over 1000 quality vehicles on display. Walk around and share the experiences and passion, or reminisce with other enthusiasts whilst raising money for the Good Friday Appeal. Enjoy live music, market stalls, auction items, a raffle and kids entertainment, food vendors, a bar/bistro & so much more. DDD Show and Shine

Join the DDDGFA for the Car and Motorbike Show & Shine on Friday 18th April! Vehicle Entry is just $10, with free entry for the public! Show off your pride & joy on the main street of Dookie, surrounded by live music, lucky ticket draws, raffles, and more! Sandhurst Golf Club – 17th, 18th April and 2nd of May

Join us for this year’s “Fore The Kids” event at Sandhurst Golf Club and make a difference in a fun and meaningful way. Whether you’re keen to Golf Fore The Kids, Walk Fore The Kids, or Donate Fore The Kids, we’d love your support. Every contribution helps make a lasting impact, and we’re excited to make this year bigger and better than ever! This year, we’re expanding our reach to include the entire Sandhurst Estate, welcoming both residents and golfers to participate. Pomonal Good Friday Classic Showcase
